Swim England Membership

Club Members all need to be members of Swim England.

There are 2 different categories for swimmers:

Category 1 for training

Category 2 for competing. 

Most new swimmers will only need to be category 1.  However, if you wish to enter some of the Open Meet competitions hosted by other clubs, or County events, then you will need to be Cat 2 registered.  If in doubt, select Cat 1 and you can be upgraded during the year to Cat 2.  An extra fee would be payable.

Club Volunteers also need to be members of Swim England and are registered by the club as Club Support or Category 3
